Rob Tautges Appointed as Chief Executive of HLB International
Rob Tautges has been appointed Chief Executive of HLB International, following a 5 year tenure as Chairman.

Rob will succeed Peter Frost as Chief Executive Officer of HLB International, commencing 1 February, 2010, as agreed at the HLB International Council meeting in Dublin, Ireland on 5 July, 2009

Rob is currently chairman of HLB International, a role which will end at the HLBI conference in Rio de Janeiro in October this year, with the transition process commencing at the beginning of November to ensure a smooth handover.

I'm honoured to be selected by the HLB Council as Chief Executive. Market conditions are driving the need for a quality independent and international network of accounting firms and business advisers and HLB International is well-placed to capitalise on this. Peter has been the driving force behind our success for over 20 years, and has established a world-wide footprint for HLBI. I look forward to working closely with members and adding to membership value, as well as the challenge of growing the HLB network through smart, strategic use of our resources" says Rob Tautges.
Rob currently works with HLB Tautges Redpath Ltd., Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA which  has been a member of HLB International since 1991. Robs firm was the first to adopt the HLB prefix in the US and according to him HLB has been a cornerstone of our firms success, allowing us to provide exceptional care to our clients with international operations.
I wish Rob every success in this challenging role. I will be sad to leave HLBI and the many friends I have made, but am greatly looking forward to new international challenges ,
says Peter Frost, outgoing chief executive.
