Our HR Department

Our Human Resource Department is responsible for looking after and ensuring the welfare of the Firm’s most valuable asset, our people. More specifically, our HR team of professionals ensures that competent and adequate staff is recruited according to the needs of the individual departments, that staff is retained through intrinsic and extrinsic rewards, including, among other things, fair treatment, training and development, objective performance appraisal and attractive remuneration according to market standards and personal achievement, i.e. Recruit – Reward – Retain (the “3R” principle). Also, it deals with any problems arising or brought up by members of staff in relation to the conduct of work or the work environment itself.
