Covid 19

Costas Afxentiou, CEO of HLB Cyprus

Dear Associates,

Given the recent developments relating to Covid-19, it is everyone’s duty to stay safe and keep our community safe.  We have made the decision that a high percentage of our teams will be working from home until further notice.

We would encourage all firms regardless of their geography to also implement remote working as much as possible and limit travel unless absolutely necessary.  We are at your disposal if you need any advise or assistance to implement a solution.

This pandemic will have a major impact on business.  If your firm doesn’t already have a business continuity plan in place, we strongly advise you to consider how to conduct business in the coming weeks or possibly months ahead.

We have implemented our business continuity practices with the following, effective as of today, Tuesday 17th March 2020:

  • A high percentage of our employees are working from home until further notice.
  • A limited number of key support employees and part of our management team will be working from our offices to ensure smooth transition.
  • All face to face meetings are cancelled and videoconferencing through platforms such Microsoft Teams or Zoom would be proposed

What does this mean to you?

Here at HLB Cyprus Ltd, it is business as usual whilst staying safe.  All staff are online and contactable via email or by phone.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you any questions.

Kind regards,

Costas Afxentiou

CEO
