About Costas
Costas is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Cyprus. After completing his BSc in Electronic Engineering at City University, London, he was articled for three years with Coopers & Lybrand in London. He subsequently joined Coopers & Lybrand in Cyprus until 1997 when he co-founded HLB Cyprus. From 1997 until 2021 he was the Managing Director of HLB Cyprus. He is currently acting as an external Consultant to HLB Cyprus.
