About Michalis

Michalis holds a BA (Hons) in Business Economics and an MBA Business Finance and Management from the University of Liverpool. He commenced his professional career with PricewaterhouseCoopers UK where he trained and obtained his ACA qualification. He is a  fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and an active member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Cyprus (ICPAC).  Michalis is currently a member of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee of ICPAC and the Technical Director of the Firm.

Michalis has significant external and internal audit experience in large multinational corporations, in performing audits of FTSE100 listed companies through to private limited SMEs and CySec regulated entities. He has also been involved in the preparation of corporate valuation reports and feasibility studies.

His clientele includes major local and international companies active in financial services, media & entertainment, education and services.
